Remember to drink a lot of water and tisanes. I always say that but it’s really really important! Eat more proteins and less carbohydrates! Do cardio and aerobic activities!

Heyyy! I’m very happy to read that this time you’re doing it just for yourself! Love yourself and do what is best for you! Since you have time, do a program with diet and exercise. Write your weight and what are your goals. It may seem silly, but it’s actually very important. When you know what you want, it’ll become easier!
Speaking about food, I suggest you to eat veggies, protein, fruit, cereals and wholemeal food. Also, remember to eat a lot of water and tisanes (fennel, yerba mate, mallow, and green tea).
For the workout, do some cardio or try a new sport. I don’t know what you like but you can try something in group (volleyball, football, softball, dance, zumba) or something like swimming or running. Do some exercise at home, in my page there are some good ones.
